All the receipts looked delicious to me. I fine that the green chiles have the best taste. I grow up with them. I use them to make my green cheese tamales. My family like these better than pork. I have trouble finding Hatch or New Mexico , in my area. Where in the inland inpire, San Bernardino ca could I fine them. I like them hot.
