Jolly Lane Nursery in Rapid City always has a Hatch green chile delivery and roasting weekend in September. The schedule a big event for it.
I tried contacting Hy-Vee #3 to find out what weekend the roaster was going to be there, but they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about.
My husband is a native New Mexican, and we have lots of friends that seem to love them too!
