tell us where to find chiles

These bold, spicy peppers are grown only in Hatch, New Mexico for a brief time during the late summer. Fire roasting enhances their addictive flavor. Find fresh-packed Hatch chiles (buy a case and freeze for winter) and roasted pre-packed in your local Ohio grocery store.

  1. FYI Giant Eagle Market District in Uniontown does live roasting, at least they have for the past 4 years.

Also Fresh Thyme in Canton sells them unroasted.

    Please update for 2021!

        1. I sure miss my home Town and state. I love my hatch New Mexico chili and we usually order by mail but if I can get it local it would be good also.

        2. Yes, when are you coming to Perrysburg, Ohio? Please do! Thank you!

(I miss the smell of the Chile roasters in New Mexico parking lots…lol!)

          1. Did you find out how much it was a pound? I’m new to Columbus, my wife and I, as of September of 2017. We used to buy it at Sprouts market in California. Please respond if possible. Thank you very much.
