  1. LeRoux carries jarred Zia brand Hatch Chile. It’s… Okay. Compared to other brands (I like 505) the texture is a bit on the mooshy side. Tasted good on burgers after flashing it in a frying pan with a little oil and salt.

  2. Far as I know you can’t get Hatch chile in Maine. My sister sent some from Las Cruces last year and the fed ex people stole it and told her the package was damaged and undeliverable. Yeah ok, I believe you…
