I’ve roasted 30lbs each year for the last three years on my grill. It’s a lot of work. I’ll be glad to have them roasted at the store with a real roaster.
Will the Hy-Vee grocery in Marshalltown, IA 50158 get green chilies this year?
Just moved to Iowa from Colorado and need to find some Hatch green chilis! My husband has an award winning recipe for pork green chili, but can’t seem to find anywhere to purchase the necessary ingredients. Living in Ames, so would appreciate anywhere near there. Would drive to Des Moines area as well if necessary!!!
Any chance the roaster is coming to west Des Moines? Ud make my year!
