Looking to find Hatch Green Chile in East Tennessee. There are a couple of Krogers in Johnson City and Kingsport. Don’t need them roasted. I roast my own on the grill.
All Kroger stores should have peppers… not all of them are roasting, but you should be able to find fresh Hatch there
Why was Hatch chili cancelled at Kroger in Brentwood and Franklin? I was so looking forward to buying it there.
Weather in Hatch, NM this year has caused harvest delays and crop failures. =(
Where are they roasting in Tennessee?
Got an email 8/19/18 from Fresh Market (Memphis) that they are taking preorders for a case. Haven’t been to Memphis yet to see if they have any in-store.
They also noted they will have:

They also provided a recipe for Hatch Chile Verde with Pork and four other recipes!
It looks like Fresh Markets in Memphis have Hatch chile available online for pickup orders! Two options are available: mild and hot. We found a few pounds at Sprouts on Poplar this past weekend that we will roast up and try this week. We just moved here so we are so happy to see chile out here!
Fresh Markets in Knoxville bring in green chili every year but it is from Young Guns Farms. They will roast for you if you want.
