Too bad one of the grocery stores in Norfolk does not do a roasting day or two. It would also be nice if Omaha or Lincoln carried Bueno frozen chile.

Is there any place in Omaha where one can buy already frozen chopped Hatch green chile? It comes in a carton about the size of a small cottage cheese contained. It is available in the southwest and even in NC.
If there is a yearly mailing list, I would love to be put on it. Luckily my niece found this listing for me.
