As any true New Mexican will tell you, there’s hot chile and then there’s Hatch chile, and boy is it worth celebrating! This annual harvest festival in the “Chile Capital of the World” includes chile roasting, food and craft vendors, fun for the kids, a carnival, and entertainment provided by local businesses.
When: August 31, 2024 - September 1, 2024
Where: Please come and celebrate the 2024 Hatch Chile Festival this year in the Village of Hatch, NM - the Chile Capital of the World. Festivities will be starting Friday night at 5PM with music at the Ice Box Beer Garden and with the Carnival. Saturday begins with the parade and goes on into Sunday of Labor Day weekend in Hatch, NM. Festivities start about 9AM each of Saturday and Sunday.
Parking: The festival is free to attend, but parking is generally $10 in and around the Hatch High School, with fees going to help with festival expenses.
